Bad threat actors are a person or organizations involved in hacking occurrences. Such examples include government-sponsored hackers. industry hackers, script kiddies, organized crime, hacktivists, and many more.

Government Sponsored Hackers typically work with one government to hack into another government and steal info.

Industry Hackers are hackers hired by companies to steal data from a rival company.

Script Kiddies are people who hack using software that was made by another expert hacker, and they don't know what they are doing.

Organized Crime involves the mafia, gangsters, terrorists, etc. doing the hacking.

Hacktivists are hacker activists meaning they hack for a cause/idea they believe in.
