There are 3 Cloud Deployment Methods (CDM).

Public Cloud: Cloud everyone can access with an internet connection and username and password.

Private Cloud: Cloud only for the usage of one individual or organization, can be on-premise or through Service providers (SP).

Hybrid Cloud: Mix of private and public. For example, some places take security seriously and store important data on-premise (Private Cloud) and unimportant data on public clouds.

Community Cloud: Cloud used by people with the same interest. For example, banks have a community cloud where they share templates/images, etc.
