There are 3 cloud service models.

IAAS (Infrastructure as a service): Used by IT professionals.

PAAS (Platform as a service): Used by software developers or software companies. Used as a platform to test software.

SAAS (Software as a service): Used by everyone with an internet connection, username, and password. Gmail, apps in general are SAAS.
