Multi-Tenant: Multiple users sharing computing resources, mostly it is servers.

Multi-Tenant and shared pooling is the same.

Shared Pool: Shared servers with multiple tenants/users.

Service Providers do this so as to optimize their server usage and get the most money out of it.
